Remembering a conversation from camp regarding the lack of an all female band (discounting girl pop groups), I think I've found one (and by 'found' I really mean something I saw on Channel V).
They're called Stonefield, and I reckon this single makes them sound and look like they're a 70s rock group. I kinda like it ;)

It's also very 70s, the singer drummer. The Eagles and The Who, both from the 70s, had singer-drummers.
